This month, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, an international security think tank, held a one day conference in Washington D.C. on oil and gas development in Alaska. Lori Townsend of APRN - Anchorage talks to David Pumprey, deputy director of energy and national security for CSIS, about this question in a feature interview.
