In less than a month, the Muslim community in Inuvik in the Northwest Territories, Canada, will celebrate a very special day. Gone will be its current place of worship: a 50-year-old trailer. In it's place: a mosque built 4000 kilometres away in Winnipeg, Manitoba and transported by truck and barge 200 kilometres above the Arctic Circle.
Ayman Elshafei is of Egyptian origin. He has lived in Inuvik for 20 years, where is now the general manager of Delta Taxi.
