A report prepared by the U.S. firm Nuka Research and Planning is raising concerns about oil spills across the Canadian North. Radio Canada International's Marc Montgomery speaks with Trevor Taylor, a former minister in the Newfoundland and Labrador government and now policy director with the Pew Environment Group's Oceans North Canada about the report, titled Oil Spill Prevention and Response in the U.S. Arctic Ocean - Unexamined Risks, Unacceptable Consequences.
