Canada's leading environmental groups are very upset about a campaign by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce aiming to kill Bill C-311, the Climate Change Accountability Act.
The nation’s biggest business group is telling its members that the legislation is a threat to Canada's economic competitiveness and that they need to lobby our senators to vote against it. But environmentalists say the Chamber of Commerce is misrepresenting the facts.
